Ujort is an independent digital marketing agency built for founders and marketing leads who want a program they can defend in front of a CFO, not a highlight reel.
How we operate
Every account gets a small, senior pod instead of being routed through a junior account manager to a rotating cast of specialists. The same three or four people who scope your strategy are the ones who execute it.
We keep client counts deliberately capped per strategist — currently eight accounts each — so a program doesn't quietly go on autopilot the month after it launches.
Report the number that hurts too
If a channel is underperforming, it shows up in the same dashboard as the wins. We are not in the business of hiding a bad month.
Ship weekly, not quarterly
Campaigns get reviewed and adjusted on a weekly cadence. Waiting three months to learn something isn’t working is a choice we don’t make.

We turn down work where we’re asked to execute a plan we don’t believe in. Every engagement starts with us pushing back at least once.
Seven years, in short
Ujort founded in a Denver co-working space with two clients and a shared spreadsheet for reporting.
Crossed 20 active accounts and hired the first dedicated paid media pod.
Built our own attribution and reporting stack after getting frustrated with off-the-shelf dashboards.
